Peoppl Jobs

This is a turnkey project and our involvement started right from need identification, user research, design, development and go-to-market activities. Peoppl Jobs is a recruitment platform designed and developed to help companies hiring gig workers, like Uber, Ola, Swiggy etc streamline and optimise their hiring process & increase efficiencies through AI & ML. It is a collection of experiences including a mobile app, conversational BOT and a recruiter portal.

The App is targeting urban poor, low on education, young, between the age of 18 to 36. Often First time internet users. For this user, we created a clean, sober product with strong emphasis on information architecture and helped thousands of aspiring seekers get their jobs.
